Through STEM Coaching programme, we help the young/early-career researchers to identify both their existing and required skills in conducting a STEM research, both personally and academically and help them improve. We individually focus on the development of the coachee from the scratch. Prior experiences are not needed to join the programme. It is going to be a unique learning and growing pathway for every coachee.
