The individuals who have successfully completed the mentoring programme are eligible to apply for our mentoring programme if they are confident of their skill set in conducting research under minimum supervision. This programme is subjected to an annual membership fee and the mentees are able to get guidance, support, motivation from mentors for academic and career progression in their field for a period of one year. Depending on the requirement of the mentee, the mentoring period could be extended (conditions apply). Programs are customized according to the learner’s interests, career aspirations, and skills.
